Bylaws

Raincross Quilt Guild has both Bylaws and Standing Rules, which were passed in October 2023.

As an analogy, the Bylaws are like the framing timbers of a house, detailing structure. The Standing Rules are like the carpets, wall coverings, draperies, and so forth, bringing the home to life. (Thanks to our member Charlotte Byrne for this idea.)
