January 20, 2026 meeting, and all future meetings will start at 6 pm not 6:30. Doors open at 5:30pm as always.
Our potluck in January will be provided by members with last names beginning with A, B, and C.
Our January meeting will feature the culmination of our “What’s in my Stash?” challenge. All participants will bring in their completed projects for our perusal and general Oohs and Aahs. If you remember, this challenge kicked off in September with a brown bag fabric exchange.

Dear fellow quilters, crafters and sewists,
If you’re like me at this time of the year, I’m burning my candle at both ends AND the middle! Every year I tell myself just DON’T! I just need to mail a few cards and I think I can coast the rest of the way to Christmas 🎄!
I hope you’re having a chance to work on those never-ending UFOs, meet up with old friends and family, enjoy this wonderful weather we’ve been having, and eat those special goodies that only show up this time of year!
I pray that 2026 brings you all peace and prosperity – remember to love and forgive one another.
May your seams be straight and your bobbin full! See you in the New Year!
Barbara
2026 Budget
Our Treasurer, Vickie Mihelich, along her committee and our President worked very hard preparing this year’s budget.
Here she is discussing it with Barbara Kaiser. The proposed budget was posted on our website Member’s only page.
Vickie Mihelich asked if there were any further questions regarding the proposed budget before voting. Having none: A motion was made to accept the proposed budget as presented. The motion carried.

We’ve started a new tradition by donating non-perishable food items to the Janet Goeske Senior Center Food Pantry at each monthly Guild meeting,
Our Board members got us started last month.
Remember, a donation will earn you an extra ticket to our door prize drawing.

The Ayres Moreno Valley retreat is scheduled for March 13, 14 & 15, 2026. 2 spaces are left.
To guarantee your place at the retreat, see Amy Printup to complete your registration form and pay your $35 sewing room fee.
Once this is done, contact Ayres directly for hotel accommodations.

All 4 of these wonderful cuddly quilts are being donated to the NICU.

Our members are so creative and productive. Thank you to everyone who brought a project or two to share. This time of the year gets so busy, but we somehow find time for making quilts, Much love to everyone who participated.
